March 21, 2025 | Elder Update

Dear Harvest Family,

We’re excited to share an update following our elder meeting on Tuesday, March 18.

First and foremost, we are deeply thankful for how God has moved within our church family through the Follow Initiative. It’s encouraging to see how God is working in the lives of our people, not only through generous gifts but also through the teaching and study of what it truly means to follow Jesus. As elders, we are committed to faithfully stewarding all that has been entrusted to us, to magnify the name of our Lord, and to expand His Kingdom.

We are also thrilled about the new partnership forming between Harvest Christian Academy (HCA) and Westminster Christian School (WCS). The Lord has clearly been guiding these two ministries toward one another, and it’s incredible to witness His hand at work. For more information on this partnership, you can read the announcement on the HCA website.

This past week’s meeting was shorter than usual and focused primarily on how to best steward the buildings the Lord has entrusted to us, especially in light of the new partnership with WCS.

Following our meeting, many of us attended the parent meeting at WCS to support the leaders and families involved. The next evening, several of us also attended the HCA community meeting to offer the same encouragement and support.

This is truly an exciting time for our church. We invite you to join us in praying for wisdom, humility, unity, and direction as God continues to lead us, the staff, and the entire Harvest Bible Chapel family forward.

If you have any questions, please feel free to speak with an elder in person or reach out by email at [email protected].

With gratitude,
The Elders of Harvest Bible Chapel
